The most decadent cacao & avocado mousse!
This is the perfect dessert thats healthy, tastes delicious & is going to hit that sweet spot in the afternoon. It never gets old.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup ceremonial grade cacao
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup refrigerated sweetened coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional toppings: fresh berries, coconut flakes, or cacao nibs
Method:
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add ceremonial grade cacao, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon into serving bowls or glasses and chill for 30 minutes.
- Top with berries (fresh or frozen), coconut, or cacao nibs for extra flair.
Optional: add a scoop of your favourite protein or collagen powder for some extra goodness!
