A Simple Guide to Preparing Ceremonial Cacao

step 1

Boil the kettle and let it sit while you make your cacao. You want the water to be hot, not boiling.

step 2

Put 20g of shaved ceremonial cacao into your blender with 80-120ml milk of your choice.

step 3

Add your sweetener of choice to taste. We love using honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar or stevia.

step 4

Add 100-150ml of hot water.Then blend for 10s or until frothy.

    Best evening chocolate that makes you feel relaxed!

    I’m not one to usually leave a review but I felt like I need rave about it after had the rest blend last night. I’ve tried a few “evening hot chocolates” and the is by far the best regarding taste, smell, texture, creaminess and I actually felt relaxed. Felt very rested the next day and of course ready for my morning cacao. Regretting not buying the rise blend.

    So delicious 🤤

    Both the rest and rise blends are delicious either hot or cold. It has a slight malt taste to me that is so nice. My fav go to at the moment, is using the blend to make a guilt free nutritious dessert. I add:

    -one teaspoon of either rest or rise blend (depending on what time of day it is)

    - one serve of Chobani No Sugar Added Greek Yogurt Vanilla

    - one tablespoon of chai seeds

    Mix together and leave in the fridge so the chia seeds thicken/gel for about 30 minutes.

    Absolutely divine treat

    rest

    i struggle with falling asleep and i have been using Rest for about 3 weeks and noticed a difference right away.

    it have a nice flavor and i dont add any honey to sweeten. Nice on its own.
