This recipe is vegan, refined sugar-free, gluten-free and oil-free.
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2):
- 1/2 Cup Cashews- 4 Tbsp shaved ceremonial grade cacao.- 2 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal
- 2 Large Medjool Dates (Soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and drained)
- 1/2 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Cups Boiling Water
METHOD:
1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.2. Pour into two mugs, share with a friend and enjoy.
