Cacao Infused Chocolate Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 scoops of Cacao Collective cacao paste.
  • 1 can of organic coconut cream.
  • Dash of maple syrup.
  • 2 tablespoons of arrowroot flour.
  • 4 egg yolks (or egg substitute).


STOVETOP METHOD:

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the cacao paste on low heat.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, whisking constantly until smooth. Continue to whisk until custard becomes thick and creamy.
  3. Pour into serving bowls and set in the fridge until firm.
THERMOMIX METHOD:
  1. Add the coconut cream and cacao paste. Blend for 10 seconds on speed 10
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Select the thicken mode, cook at 100 degrees or manually select 12 min/100 degrees/speed 4.
  4. Pour into serving bowls and set in the fridge.
