This recipe is vegan, refined sugar free and packed with nutrition.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 piece of sourdough bread *gf optional
- 20g natural peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1/2 banana
- Honey / maple syrup *optional
- 5g Cacao Collective shaved ceremonial grade cacao to sprinkle on top
METHOD:
- Toast your bread in the toaster or under a grill until golden brown.
- Spread peanut butter over your toast and slice up half a banana.
- Lay the banana slices evenly over the toast, drizzle your honey/syrup and sprinkle with shaved ceremonial grade cacao.
