A Simple Guide to Preparing Ceremonial Cacao

step 1

Boil the kettle and let it sit while you make your cacao. You want the water to be hot, not boiling.

step 2

Put 20g of shaved ceremonial cacao into your blender with 80-120ml milk of your choice.

step 3

Add your sweetener of choice to taste. We love using honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar or stevia.

step 4

Add 100-150ml of hot water.Then blend for 10s or until frothy.

    Cacao scoop

    Creative design. The claw does slightly tear the bag if used as a clip. However, the scoop can just be left inside as the cacao bag is resealable. Also, is a good size and comfortable to grip.
