1. Add 1.5 scoops of ceremonial grade cacao and 1tsp of your blend to a cup.
2. Pour a small amount of hot water over and blend using your hand mixer.
3. Top up your cup with more hot water and add your milk and sweetener of choice.

Honestly I LOVE Rise! It actually grew on me the more and more I had it.
What I love is the instant clarity, lift in mood, energy and focus I got. It definitely works and you can feel the difference of the added adaptogens and nootropics.
The taste is more of a floral, botanical vibe (different from the OG Cacao) but still delicious!!

Tasty, but if you are use to drinking ceremonial cacao regularly you might find you need two sachets to make one serve. Otherwise it’s rather diluted.
