1. Add 1.5 scoops of ceremonial grade cacao and 1tsp of your blend to a cup.
2. Pour a small amount of hot water over and blend using your hand mixer.
3. Top up your cup with more hot water and add your milk and sweetener of choice.

Honestly I LOVE Rise! It actually grew on me the more and more I had it.
What I love is the instant clarity, lift in mood, energy and focus I got. It definitely works and you can feel the difference of the added adaptogens and nootropics.
The taste is more of a floral, botanical vibe (different from the OG Cacao) but still delicious!!
