    Best Cacao

    My favourite morning ritual! I've tried so many other brands and always end up returning to Cacao Collective. This Cacao melts so well in hot water, never has clumps, and has a rich chocolately flavour. I mix it with 2 tsp of maple syrup, some days a little milk, a scoop of collagen powder, and a scoop of creatine every morning and I feel so ready for the day!

    Best flavoured cacao

    I love a hot chocolate drink but the products readily available as ‘drinking chocolate’ are 50-60% sugar! As a type 2 diabetic this is not a healthy beverage. Thank heaven for Ceremonial Cacao, zero sugar, 100% chocolate, and it needs no sugar because the flavour is delightful. I have been drinking a mug of Ceremonial Cacao every morning for 7 months, 15-20 g in a mug of oat milk. I heat the milk in the microwave, then add the cacao and whisk it in. No sweetener. And another benefit - I have been on medication for high blood pressure for several years with medication being increased over that period, now since the last 2 months I have been able to greatly reduce the meds, eliminating one and halving the other. I regularly monitor and my BP is lower than it has ever been. I cannot say this is due to the Cacao but nothing else in my diet, activity or meds has changed. There are accounts that claim BP reduction and I am happy to support that assertion.
